Charles Leslie, Jr., PNP’s candidate for Stann Creek West Born in Placencia Village on 6 November 1980.  Charles attended St. John’s Anglican Primary School in Placencia, Independence High School in Independence Village, and Ecumenical Junior College in Dangriga, where he majored in accounting, business management and economics.
