Guatemala refused to resume negotiations until Britain reduced its troop strength in Belize. It was not until 1975, after Belize’s election in late 1974 that the talks resumed. Missing Plane from Belize found in Venezuela Busted for Drugs

7News On Friday’s news, we broke the story of a small plane, an Aero Commander 500 which had left Belize airspace without filing a flight plan, or making the required checks with customs and immigration – which is both illegal and suspicious.
