Standards 6 Teachers Can't Pass The PSE Either

As a follow up to our last article about the high failure on the PSE in Belize, it turns out that the teachers can’t pass the exam either. This tells us that something is still seriously wrong and actually makes the argument stronger. Either the teachers are so under educated or the system is so broken.
